I have been style stalking again and it’s back to California (I am obsessed!) for this week’s Style of the Week feature!

The stunning Jessica R. from the Hapa Time blog is a 25 year old graphic artist/web designer with a love for fashion.

Some people were just born with style- the ability to put anything and everything together and make it work. Jessica R. certianly does this.
