It has just been announced that Yves Saint Laurent will change its name from YSL to Saint Laurent Paris.

Hedi Slimane took over from Stefano Pilati as the fashion house’s new creative director in March this year and this name change is part of his makeover for the label. The new name is expected to be introduced in the coming months and should be implemented by the time Slimane’s debut spring/summer 2013 collection lands in stores.
